Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be worn, altered, or washed
- Not be a sale or discounted item, unless otherwise specified
How to Request a Return
To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@akiru.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your bank to see if the refund is pending. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@akiru.shop and we will investigate the issue.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@akiru.shop and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
